Automatic wet fuel burners together with the boiler UTS can burn wood waste, the fraction size of which does not exceed 30mm, and humidity varies from 30 to 50%. The burner comes complete with control panel, which ensures the maintenance of the required temperature in the boiler. The unique design of the boiler casing and automatic fuel feed system guarantee work without supervision. The system is protected from overheating and the overloading of combustion chamber and conveyor. High quality and formation of low slag emissions were confirmed by Directive EN 303-5.

Spring arms wood chips selector:

The spring arms wood chips selector is used to transport woodchips from a storage room to a heating system. It can be put in existing, properly adjusted rooms or as a new storage by building walls. In a standard version it is prepared to be working with an wet biomass burner, but it can be adjusted according with client’ requirement to work with other type of a heating set.

From a motor (placed on a worm conveyor) power is transmitted via a conveyor reducer, a screw shaft and a disk reducer to a selecting disk. Rotating spring arms scrape woodchips to a partially open channel of a worm conveyor, which in turn transports fuel to a wet biomass burner.

Important feature of the device is elasticity of the spring arms which prevents the device from blocking. With an increase in material resistance the spring arms bend and reel over a drum decreasing a working space at the same time. When the resistance ceases the arms straighten back. During operation of the selector the spring arms are bent for most of the time. How big is the bending depends on kind of material and its thickening in the first place.
